Lame product and terrible quality.

Oh, so this isn't the first time I've written to them about quality. I'm a masochist who bought a HyperX Alloy Origins keyboard. It has giant problems with software that cannot remember the settings. That is, you set up a beautiful backlight, turn off the program and that's it. It again stands according to the standard, you must always turn it on. So, a month later. A MONTH. my keycap N broke down. At the bottom is the plastic that fastens the keycap to the switch. Well, in general, represent the quality. Never in my life will I buy HyperX after this, and I do not advise you.

Pros

Marketing, very well HyperX work in this case. These headphones were worn by many famous streamers.

Cons

I'll start by saying that HyperX has the worst quality I've ever seen. These headphones are less than 2 years old and already falling apart. Not because of my negligence. I always take care of things. Volume control. Let's start with it, at first everything was fine, it worked like clockwork. But then, after a while, something strange began to happen. I can not set the full volume, but only a little lower. At full volume, the left earbud does not work completely. That is, if I somehow turn on the wrong volume, then listen on one earphone. It's okay, I'm used to it. HyperX wrote about this, they answered buy at your own expense. I did not buy anything, I just resigned myself. After a long time, maybe a year, I again paid the price for buying HyperX. My ear pads started to tear. And I should be responsible for their "best" quality, it would be nice if they put additional ear pads. I paid for high-quality headphones, but got a cloud of problems. They do not cost 10 thousand, a maximum of 2, and then with a stretch.
