Do not buy I want my money back
I bought this after my youngest son passed away, I just got the ashes back and tried to transfer the ashes onto the necklace and I couldn't even get it no ash in the hole even with the device and funnel they give with the necklace. My husband and my best friend tried it too. I'm so upset because I paid a lot of money for it and it was very painful. I would like them to state this and offer a refund or a different necklace. I just feel broken.
