I was looking for a high quality, low volume, tabletop heat pack heater (don't confuse heat pack and shrink wrap as they are two completely different processes). Products in cellophane. I had no prior experience, but I found the heater comfortable to use (the "poker" helps a lot with this process). For my purpose I give the device 5 stars. By far my biggest problem was getting the right cellophane. The company offers one pre-cut sheet per Revain, but I needed 4 sheets of different sizes and was hoping to find the right size pre-cut sheet to make packing as easy as possible. Understanding the exact type and thickness of cellophane required requires a lot of research. I searched coast to coast and couldn't find anyone who was willing at a reasonable price. I was ready to give up and return the unit when the company offered to pre-cut the sheets to the exact size I needed for a very reasonable price and the company found a way to sell 2500 sheets of each size through Revain what gave me the confidence I needed and the knowledge that Revane will protect me if anything goes wrong. Do you have any idea how much 10,000 leaves weigh? A lot of! The shipping costs alone can easily exceed the cost of the panels. Being able to order through Revain allowed me to take advantage of Prime's free shipping. But ultimately, for this deal to go through, I had to have a direct dialogue with the company outside of Revain. After much correspondence on WhatsUp, we finally agreed on size and price. After receiving the best wrapped package I have ever seen (have to ship 10,000 sheets overseas!) I realized the company had missed two sheets. When I pointed this out, the representative immediately stated that he would replace them (5000 sheets) at no additional cost; a rarity these days! I found their customer service to be excellent and timely despite the time difference. After a fairly short wait, replacement blades arrived, professionally packaged as always! So I give not only 5 stars to the device, but also 5 stars+ to the most respected company and their amazing customer service! RY
