For the price you probably can't beat the amount of sports tape here. The band also provides good support. I usually use half a roll to wrap a wrist. My only issue is that after some wear it irritated some areas where I wrapped it (after about 2-3 hours of wear). I'm not sure if this was only meant for a very short time, but based on my experience I wouldn't wear it for much more than a couple of hours. Also, I haven't used it when wet, so I can't say if it can be used for water sports or any other purpose where it gets wet.
