I have light lashes and many of them are not very long. I used to get eyelash extensions and found them heavy and even obtrusive in sunglasses. I bought this product to see how it would satisfy my desire for longer lashes and it is AMAZING! It's lightweight, easy to apply (although it takes a few steps) and looks great after the first use; although in this photo I applied two coats. I haven't swum with this mascara yet but I think it will hold up well because it doesn't come off as easily as regular mascara does for me. I usually wash my face at night with a warm washcloth to remove all makeup. The water and friction removed most of the makeup from my lashes but smeared it all over my cheeks. However, when I washed my face with warm, soapy water or used makeup remover and a cotton pad, it immediately went away. So in general it is easy to remove with the right product. I really like how light this mascara is and the results it gives. This is a great alternative to more expensive and heavier counterparts. Plus, since it comes off every day, you don't have to worry about those weird looking missing lashes! Good product!
