So I bought this because it was supposed to be specifically for renewals. I've had eyelash extensions for a few years. I don't always use mascara with it, but sometimes I want a little extra shine. I got this just before my trip to Mexico. Lots of sweat and some swimming. I was worried because this thing didn't wash off like waterproof mascara! I mean, it's a dream come true because eyelash extensions require you to use things that usually end up with raccoon eyes at the end of the night. When I got home I stopped wearing it fearing it was misadvertised and it was waterproof. I was fed up the other day and asked my amazing eyelash extension lady about it. She explained to me that it was mascara, it wasn't waterproof mascara and it could be used SOMETIMES. She said daily use isn't good for your extensions, but every once in a while it's fine. Pooh. I'm very glad I have an option that acts as waterproof, but I can use it occasionally. Descent in hoses, with warm water. You have to do a little work to take it off, which is probably why it shouldn't be used all the time. I top up every 14-17 days so using it a few times a week makes me feel good. Before speaking to her I gave them to my daughter who doesn't have eyelash extensions and then had to take them back (she wasn't happy). It looked great on her lashes. So if you have extensions, use them when you need a great, dramatic look that doesn't make you look like a raccoon at the end of the day/night, but not every day. If you didn't have extenders I would use them everyday!
