This turned out to be a lot easier than I thought. I don't know how to decorate or be tricky but it turned out awesome. It had just the right amount of balloons for the perfect garland. I've seen this before but never thought I could do it, but it was super easy with balloon ribbon! I used my husband's air compressor to inflate them but my fingers hurt so much after tying all the balloons. liked it better and she used blue hanging ribbons over her bedroom door. Perfect for a Frozen themed party!
