The attached photo shows the two that I have. One fully extended wasn't quite long enough to reach end to end in the cabinet, and that's what I wanted; to me it makes it feel more "built-in", so I have two butted up to each other. They're sturdy and stay in place well once you get the dividers installed. I think these will help keep my pots and pans more organized and in better shape since I won't have to shuffle through them to find the right one.
