Must be for babies!
We use it for our 13 month old baby. We fly a lot and it turns her chair into a miniature bed! It fits snugly between the seats and inflates by mouth in about 3 minutes. DO NOT inflate before takeoff and deflate before landing and you'll be fine! I've read reviews from flight attendants telling people they can't use it, but that's never happened to us (we've flown it 6 times). Overall we are very satisfied as our daughter sleeps much better with it on long haul flights!
