This is preferable for BF-Baby to any swaddle other than the old school diaper

Okay, I hate diapers a bit. It seemed such a mystery to me with 2 other kids - which diaper is the best, is it too warm, will my baby be loose, what size will I get etc. So I bought 3 different ones and loved this one the best (even best of all I've tried with the previous two kids). (Tried the wonderful wrap, hi Minky, the wrap is too hot for my January baby). A CONVENIENCE FOR ME was that I could unwrap it to feed it, but it still had sleeves to keep it warm and the zipper could stay closed (i.e. it's not just a loose pouch). This allowed me to easily dress him in a diaper coverall but keep him warm at night. This diaper has a half sleeve to keep my baby's arms warm and pulled up at night. Velcro is quiet and has a low profile/low pile(?). The fabric is cotton, stretches well and maybe a little thicker than the t-shirt material. his arms were inside, but when they were sticking out, at least his arm was in his sleeve so he wouldn't catch a cold. It was easy to change diaper without unpacking. He outgrew it by 2 months (he is 23.5 inches long). I've since gone back to the old school of swaddling/muslin swaddling.

Pros
  • 100% Cotton
Cons
  • Some Bugs
