I am a lady , 5' 10' with a 34 inch inseam and I found the men's XL to be very comfortable, a little long but I stick my feet in slippers to keep the footies from dragging. I had tried the women's XL but the length/inseam was not long enough and sitting down or curling my legs under me was uncomfortable, pulled up on my feet. But I do love the men's XL. Don't know how I've lived without these before.
