Pros: My pants didn't fall off in public. Cons: very strong material and bites into the stomach like a slow-moving guillotine. The buckle function works great though. I always wear the buckle with the loop to the right so it doesn't cut into my manly belly. I drive the school bus, so when I sit down I can use one hand to loosen the seat belt a little so as not to hurt my stomach. When I get up again, I easily retighten the belt with one hand without anyone noticing. Not the best belt but I don't think there is one for tall men. That's why braces were invented.
