I'm 5'7, 185 lbs, have an athletic build and usually wear large, tight shirts. The large size of this shirt is perfect for me. tight around my waist. I tried XL but it was too big for me. If you have a small stomach, you can increase the size or consider a loose fitting shirt. Even if you are tall these shirts are a bit short so they may not be long enough for you. The material is nice. Medium weight (lighter than pique but not too light). I will definitely buy them again.
