Too hard Beauty & Personal Care

SUPER hard. It came folded and you can't fix the crease made by the crease. So it doesn't sit flush with the head. It is better to use a t-shirt. It's also difficult to wrap your head around it due to the fact that it's so rigid. Really wanted to like it but more frustrating than it should be
