Arrived damaged BROKEN
Arrived broken and had to call to get an exchange as the app wouldn't let me. Also, as a person with a disability, I had to pay someone to move the old TV and install the new TV, which didn't work, but I still had to pay for the assembly time as I can't lift or move anything well. It actually cost me money to buy this TV from Revain when Best Buy had sold it for the same price. And no TV tonight.
