12V minimum portable power required, 15V+ output power recommended

If your ground device is not charging with this cable, it means your output power does not meet or exceed the required power input. Do not use a power supply with 5V output, the device will not be charged with this cable. Attached is a picture of the power bank I chose with the DC to USB-C converter. Do not use a USB to USB-C adapter as the USB ports output voltage is 5V. You need to use DC power from the device and switch to 12V, 16V or 20V. There is no 15V setting. The other model I will be getting is with an outlet.
