Soft but prickly Velcro

The hat is so soft but where the velcro is sewn in it is very rough. Overall I love it and it's so cute on my little guy! (He's not a fan of hats, but this will definitely keep him warm!)

Pros

This is perfect for my 13 month old baby! It's adorable, warm and a perfect fit. love it

Cons

A hat and mittens may be too bulky for some children and restrict movement.
