The best action camera right now (I know some people may claim it's bulky but trust me, it's worth it). Benefits from: The underwater box with a flat window was a pleasant surprise; it provided superior video quality, a stabilizing feature, stereo sound, a microphone connector, Wi-Fi connectivity, and a wide range of shooting angles. Ill effects: The lack of fasteners is, in my opinion, a major flaw of the kit. In addition, the lens is convex, making it more vulnerable to scratches (as demonstrated by actual use of an ION SPEED PRO), and a protective filter will set you back at least $2500 (WHICH IS UNREASONABLY EXPENSIVE) (in 2022), so you'll want to handle the camera with care. The lens on my ion was scratched, and now it's useless. I tried to remove the jamb by looping, but was unsatisfied with the doubling that resulted. Be cautious, and if you can, invest with a protective filter; otherwise, rub the lens on a hard surface often.
