I like that it's easy to use - you can get your first results in minutes, without having to know how to write code or set up test scenarios. It also has a good community around support issues and development requests! There are some things I don't really care for - such as not being able to save tests after they've been run. I think this would be useful if we wanted to compare different versions of our software against each other. I'm using AgileLoad primarily to help us understand what features users will find most helpful when performing business operations. This helps us prioritize feature work during sprints and allows us to focus more time on getting those features done. We're still working out exactly which combination of tools works best for us, but so far we haven't found anything else that does quite what we need.
