It's cool how they fold Sony can carry a few things and doesn't take up much space. The only things I would have liked a little better: 1) The largest container only holds two scoops of protein, but you have to be a bit careful when putting it in and pouring it out so it doesn't spill when it hits the container, either your shaker. , and 2) the lids are a little harder to unscrew than I thought. They're hard to grab at times, so I end up using the carry handle to actually rotate the lid. Overall, it's convenient and worth the investment. The insides of the jars are sharp, so they're a bit tricky to clean, but I've started by simply shaking in dish soap with the lids closed (like you clean your shaker mug) and now it's easy. The pill holder is handy too, maybe 6-8 big pods. It screws into the lid, so your fingers might be a bit powdery, but it's still nice to be reminded of the damn pills when you see them in the lid!
