This gate has been installed for months and I can attest that it is the best gate I have ever owned. Having several dogs of my own and several adoptive dogs, I have used several gates over the years. My bulldog whose name is Dozer can push them or push himself through the bottom of the gate. This gate has a latch at the bottom preventing him from escaping. The gate stays open when needed, and it's also easy to use the auto-close feature. It has been heavily used daily as not a day goes by when this gate isn't opened more than 10 times a day, every day as it sits on the doorstep of their dog room. I will definitely buy this gate again if I need another gate.
