Didn't work while the shorter version worked with certain configurations.

I purchased the B07VGTPYPV (this item) and the B07ZPDNJ7H, a nylon braided Sisyphy cable for connecting a surface to a USB-C charging cable. - 0.2 meters. The second worked but required it to be the only device plugged into the USB-C charging cable. Charger - so I picked the Anker PowerPort PD 1 single port charger and it worked great. I sent this longer cable back.
