Review on 📚 Natural Wood and Canvas Sling Bookshelf Furniture for Kids by KidKraft - Gift for Ages 3+ by Holly Bell

Well I really liked the product and the company until I got this bookshelf. The bookshelf is made of compressed wood except for the solid wood bar. The fabric feels like cotton, a nice solid color if you like the natural look. I use it in my Montessori homeschooling. My problem with the bookshelf is that when I screwed in the last screw it broke in the last bar meaning I can't put another screw in. I contacted KidKraft who didn't support their product very well. I asked for a full replacement because nobody wants to compromise the strength of their furniture by loosening it completely. KidKraft condescendingly refused, not to mention their courtesy towards customers (could you expect a simple greeting from a company?!). I was told "no" in the first word of the email and the last sentence said my "details" would be sent via FedDex. No hello, no darling, no sorry.
