Highly recommended!
This tape works well, highly recommend! It provides pain relief. Adhesion is amazing if you get it right. The trick is to start the tape with no stretch, stretch in the middle, and then stop stretching near the end of the tape (from 20% to 80% to the end). Of course, shaving and prepping the skin also helps. Mine lasted about 4 days of activity and shower before I had to replace it.
