UPDATE - WORKING HOURS ADDED Proper safety light, NO headlight

For what it lists as a safety light (see Blitzu ad and description) it's definitely not bad. If you're looking for a light source as your main light source, look elsewhere. It is definitely a light to BE VISIBLE and not to be VISIBLE. I will attach photos of the light in the dark at 10, 25, 50 and 75 feet. It seems like most people haven't seen what this thing looks like in the dark. I am currently looking for a headlight and am currently using an off-road driving light attached to the helmet. I mainly ride on bike lanes and suburban roads. I've also included a video at 75' in high flash mode for reference. Pros: Definitely a bright safety light. Bright enough to be seen from all directions but not so bright as to dazzle other cyclists, pedestrians or drivers. Easy installation. Mounts directly to the bike in less than 5 seconds. Multiple installation options. 4 different options. Easy to use. The light starts in steady mode, press and hold to flash in strobe mode. Press 1 second to turn off. Cons: Extremely bright edge light. On each axis there is exactly more than 180 degrees of light. Much closer to 270 degrees. If you mount it on the handlebars, you risk blindness. I mounted mine vertically on the head tube, so I don't have to worry about that. As stated above and you can see in the attached images, this is NOT intended to be the primary light source. You will have trouble seeing beyond 15 to 20 feet in the dark. If you're looking for a basic one, I highly recommend looking for something with 600-800 lumens. cheap feeling. The USB port cover flexes when pressure is applied to it. But since it's under $20, I'm willing to make a few slips in fit and finish if it works properly. I'll update this review once I see how long the battery lasts. I drove in high flash mode. **Update - Average run time was around 2 hours. It still gives off light after 2 hours but not to the point where I would find it effective. I used it in flash mode, either medium or high. I don't use a strobe. I have no qualms about this light. Also great as a safety light. You will be seen and you will not risk blinding people. USB charging works great. Don't waste money on flashlights that require replaceable batteries. It's not worth your money. Get one that you can charge. No loading issues.**
