Works GREAT but ALL the straps need to be adjustable to be MUCH larger. However, I can wear it comfortably with the largest strap, but the back strap is too high in the back (much higher than the back strap of the bra). The good: It doesn't show through your shirt like those sticky disposables, it's much quicker to put on than those disposables, and it's eco-friendly as it doesn't fill our landfills. Manufacturer: Please make all belts much longer to fit Americans and Europeans! Most of us are much taller and broader than Asians. You will get MUCH more sales! (I have a 5'8" chest and a 38" chest). I, and probably almost everyone else, would give this 5 stars if all the adjustable straps were significantly longer.
