This is the third bathmat I've bought and/or used in my adult life and I like it better than the other two we've had. What I like best is the size. It's big enough to cover the entire floor of an apartment sized bathtub in my bathroom. I especially like it because I use the same tub for my toddlers and preschool daughters and I don't worry about where they are standing or sitting because I know they are on the mat. In other words, I'm not worried about them slipping off. Another author commented that children find it uncomfortable to stand or sit on bulges/bulges, and this may be true. However, my 1 and 3 year olds have never complained about this and it never occurred to me to ask them about it. They take a bath 3 or 4 times a week and they love it every time. It's an odd case where they don't ask/beg to stay to play some more. As far as I can tell they have never had a bad bathing experience. The color is dark blue and monochromatic. Besides its practicality, it is also beautiful to look at. I would recommend this to everyone.
