Remove the plastic flow restrictor!
There are clear instructions on how to remove the plastic flow restrictor. Once removed, the water pressure is enormous - even when using both shower heads. Although the showerhead itself feels light and short-lived, it turned out to be a good buy. The key factor will be durability and long-term use. I also had a leak at the joint but don't forget to put a rubber grommet and use teflon tape. Also, try covering the shower head pipe with a towel while turning it with a wrench. This should prevent damage to the device by tightening the connection well.
