My fiance is 5'11 and weighs 180 pounds and the size Medium fits him perfectly in this shirt. It offers enough space but at the same time looks appropriate. The buttons at the neck are functional. Great for everyday or evening wear, perfect for fall/winter layering. Also holds up well to washing.
