Ok. This is the third printer of this type that I have used so I have something to compare it to. What you see is exactly what you get. For me this is a small problem. Where are the associated labels? I have never received ONLY a label printer. Printers usually come with at least a few labels so you can test the device. The other problem I had was that I had to go online to download the drivers I needed to install in order to use this printer. There was nothing that would give me the drivers. I had to google the device and look for the drivers myself. So this printer only gets 3 stars from me. I was simply not provided with the items needed to use this printer right out of the box and feel I should have provided them.
