Review on Texsport Sportsmate Portable Propane Heater for Efficient Outdoor Heating by Andy Mitts

The quality of the parts does not inspire confidence but it caught fire and gave off a decent amount of heat. Bought this to take on a camping trip this week in a medium sized retractable trailer tent. But it's raining so I didn't go so I can't speak about its effectiveness in heating the RV. The warnings say not to use in an enclosed space, but the heating radius appears to be about a foot or so, so I'm not sure how much use this would be in an open golf cart or ATV. Also, the rollover deactivation feature doesn't work on mine and the initial smell on first use is extremely strong. Don't run it indoors during the initial burnout period, which lasts about ten minutes. I'll try to go into the woods soon to see if it really works.
