I have owned and used this Kent brush since 2001 and 14 years later it still works great. I actually bought it in England during a trip there. I was initially disappointed that he kept losing bristles, mainly from the central area of the handle, leaving them on my face while lathering the shaving cream. But in a few years, all the looser bristles came out, and it hasn't been lost for more than ten years. I assume that the brush has a break-in period (?). The bristles are soft and lather very well with the Proraso shaving cream I use with it. I recommend it.
