Review on Pack of 2 CNZ 9 Watts G23 Base UV-C Germicidal Ultraviolet Light Bulbs by Andrea Beavers

Lamp life is short, a month or two at best. The indicator light on the outside doesn't tell you when the bulbs have stopped working (they may still draw current but are not lit, so the indicator light is fooled). The packaging of the lightbulbs is of poor quality, the cotton envelope is not broken, but four of the six lightbulbs did not work. When you get the bulbs, use your phone's camera to watch them while you turn them on (you stand behind the wall behind the door to close your eyes and watch the bulbs through your phone screen).
