Review on πŸ‘“ Calabria 1003 Over Glasses Safety Shields by James Pope

Revainrating 3 out of 5

No longer includes a case and has "less if any " UV blocking properties.

I have previously used the UV goggles that come with the TaoTronics TT-FL002 51 LED UVlight Kit that Revain sells as a kit for $14.95 and although they work well they do too Chameleons are hard to find that I've had. . Although I find the calabrias more comfortable to wear than these, I was a bit surprised. First, several reviewers commented on the case they should have been in. But if sending them without a case was not a mistake, Calabria no longer offers one. Second, the Taotronic flashlight's light appears purple when you're wearing the included glasses, and *painfully bright* pure white when you're not wearing them. (It took me just a second of casual viewing without glasses to realize how painful it is!) In Calabria, the Taotronic's light appears white instead of purple. Looking white even in them means Calabria blocks fewer (if any) visible wavelengths. I'm a little uncomfortable with this as it suggests the ability to also block a lot less (if any) UV light. I can't imagine that would actually be the case, but if it were, you would expect us to hear about a class action lawsuit being filed against Revain on behalf of people who have lost their sight as a result of the product. . misleading.
