I had an old Pegasus brand sink plug with a 18mm (0.71 inch) ball that rusted and broke off at the tip. It wasn't an exact game, but I went for the "sleeves" you see on either side of the ball. This part has a 15mm ball with 18mm bushings. If you need a smaller ball, you can remove the bushings and use them as an exact replacement. If you want an 18mm bullet use it with bushings and it works great. All specific measurements are in my attached photo, both my old part and the new one. I simply used an old nut to press the bushings onto the ball and make an airtight seal. Has worked flawlessly.
