Supplied in a two box pack. One box was damaged and wet when it arrived. Thought ok let me use the damaged one first. My cat liked the first jar, she licked the juice from the second jar and left the rest...not like her so I researched further and when I opened it all the way...I got mosquitoes and found I was holding my breath at the smell the culprit with moving white things on the glass, saw a few other glasses that I thought were fine and immediately threw out the rest of my back porch (no photo no video, BC I had hebi-uh). Came back to explore the other three jars and went to open one where I noticed a crazy brown thing on it and realized... it's larvae 🐛! Checked out the other two... yes, the same! I was scared to touch the damn things but I threw them off the back porch! Looked at Athena and said let's finish your other soft food?! That was last week and four homemade cider glasses with cellophane, pricked toothpicks and I think the infestation with mosquitoes, fruit flies etc. is almost gone. But my "hate-to-waste" attitude left the other box that was in the packaging, checked each jar to make sure there were no maggots and found none, but immediately threw the box away. .. jic. Athena seems to like these glasses. They were dented but intact. No fun!
