I've been using this pillow for about 4 months. I originally got it because I had never tried a memory foam pillow and after having experience with a memory foam bed I thought the comfort with this pillow would be amazing. The pillow has no strange odors from the packaging. I use the pillow as directed and it supports my neck quite well. I have found that I am not prone to waking up with a sore neck due to an uncomfortable sleeping position. Memory foam falls somewhere in the middle in terms of cushioning firmness. I find it perfect for me personally. There really aren't any downsides to this pillow other than the fact that you probably won't put pillowcases on it due to its unusual shape. Overall this product is excellent and for the price I believe it can offer a lot of value. If you are looking for a memory foam pillow, don't miss this opportunity and give it a try.
