The balls themselves are perfect and I have no complaints about those

I ordered 2 110mm Amlong Crystal Clear Crystal Balls and 2 200mm Amlong Crystal Clear Crystal Balls. The balls themselves are perfect and I have no complaints about those. However 1 of the wood stands for the 110mm size has a problem so that I'm afraid to put the ball on it for fear of scratching or damaging the ball. I've written about it twice with not response so far. The glue for the fabric between the stand and the crystal ball evidently seeped through the fabric and then dried hard. Not really happy with that. I felt like I should get a replacement stand for the 110mm crystal for no charge. Please respond.
