A beautiful, refreshing toner said to help soothe skin and increase moisture levels. It contains Oilsoo developed by FFLOW, a division of a major Korean brand. Oilsoo seems to be an improved micellar water. I have very dry sensitive skin and used this toner with the same soothing cream. It's very comfortable as it has a cooling effect and dries/absorbs quickly and although Oilsoo contains three different types of natural oils, this product doesn't leave a greasy residue on my skin. I use this morning and night and I have to say it really doesn't seem that moisturizing to me. If I apply it in the morning along with my cream, I usually have to reapply or switch to something more moisturizing at least once throughout the day. This product may be intended for a different skin type. It seems to be a quality product and since I've been using it I haven't had any redness or irritation. The current price is $22.99 for a shaker-style bottle at just over 5 ounces, which seems pretty reasonable.
