I have a Coach bag that I love but the handles on the bag are too short for me. I was looking for a strap to turn the bag into a shoulder bag. Of course, I checked out the Coach website, but even though they sell long straps (about $95 each, dammit!), they didn't have a single color for my bag that they call "Black Cherry" (love that one color really). I was very nervous about buying it. This is not Coach and what can you say about the color of your computer screen? If the color wasn't right I would either waste my money or try to return the band. He arrived; I viewed it under room lighting, fluorescent lighting, and natural light. Is it the PERFECT match of skin color and texture? no But I swear it's so close no one can tell it wasn't the bag. I'm so happy! I am also very satisfied with the material and the workmanship. The strap is high quality leather, well made and if like me you are concerned about color matching the colors in the photos will match what you will receive. In short: great customer service!
