. Pogo stick not working. I bought this item for a 6 year old and he doesn't bounce at all. It weighs more than the minimum weight, so that's not a problem. It doesn't move at all even if an adult tries to push it. I want a refund or a different pogo stick. It was a gift he asked Santa for so of course on Christmas morning we had a very disappointed and sad 6 year old. Please contact me.
