I'm 5'3" and about 125 pounds and the small fits perfect. I got a petticoat to go along with it, and it's adorable! So many complements! Worth the money.
- It is comfortable and very cute. Fits as expected
- I returned it. Material was stuff but not in a good way. Waist sat too high.
