Perfect for shirts

X-Large Bought because other reviews reported the slightly stretchy material. Waist 39 inches, I'm 40F, weigh 240 pounds. Fits perfectly, fits me like a fitted sweater which I love. The super soft fleece inner material is perfect for cold weather or a good sweat during a workout. The zip pocket is fully functional. I will probably buy another one in the future.
