Have been using them for years Good for manual toothbrushes
I used to have problems with receding gums and my dentist recommended them to me. That was at least ten years ago and I've been using them ever since. No one talks to me about receding gums anymore. My husband also uses them because he's one of those people who brushes their teeth so hard that the bristles fall off after a few months. On average, we change our toothbrushes every six months. You are worth your money.
