Pieces fall apart, danger of suffocation!

I bought this set for my 2.5 year old but I also have a 1 year old. The stethoscope didn't fit in either her ears or mine, by the way, they fell off. The needle fell into three parts, the scissors broke after an hour, the cuff does not pump, the tube constantly falls off (the same with a stethoscope). The scrubs are cute and the patch is fantastic except most of this set ended up in the trash so my 1 year old wouldn't choke on the pieces.
