I love this mount. Why did I only give 4 stars? Pros: - Installation was easy. - Durable both from the side of the wall and when the TV is standing on the bracket. - Excellent adjustment after installation, very smooth movement. - Many different screws, washers and gaskets for different TV types. (for both flat and curved panels) Cons: (it's long, but just for illustration purposes, not negative) - Many screws are too long for some TVs and others aren't long enough. The thickness and type of threads were above. Quantity is also included while great for instant flexibility seems lavish. I would like to be able to return unneeded devices. While I mentioned there are spacers, they are designed for curved TVs. So when one of my screens needed the thickness and type of thread that was on a very long screw, it needed the spacers from both kits to make it work. In fact, more spacers would be nice (and again, if there were leftovers, it would be nice to send them back). - Flexibility: That's what killed that 5th star for me. The actual TV mounts were only enough for one installation of one of the TVs I installed. Forces me to adjust the mounting and height of my other TV. This also affected the shelf I installed (although it is mine) as I measured the height and mount based on the TV which could be more freely adjustable in height. I know this may not be an issue for many owners, but I do find that TV mounting brackets should be a few inches longer at the top and bottom to allow for a better fit with older TVs that have a large Vesa bolt pattern. Finally, TV mounting brackets rely on a "hook" for the top rail. That's fine, except that one of the TV adapters in my set had a hook that was twice as thick as the other hook on the same bracket. Everything seems to be going well, but there is definitely a quality control issue here. A careless installer could have bent the hook to par much easier. Basically I like the kit. Best used with newer TV panels that have a smaller Vesa bolt pattern to get the most customizability for your setup!
