I bought this because the docks I had were compatible with my Chromebook (and I have to use it for official reasons). Works great with Chromebooks and MacPros:1. Works very well to extend the display. So I can finally connect monitor2. I love that it has so many ports to connect all my accessories3. I also bought a second one for my Macbook which only has USB-C ports. Cons: I know it's not technically a docking station, but I wish it had a USB-C output as well. I'm wondering if this is the case and I hooked it up to my display. that I can get rid of connecting the power supply to the laptop. That way I can get rid of the power cord. But it works for me! so I can't complain.
