I am very surprised by the number of 5 star ratings for this product. The product corresponds to the description and arrived quickly. My sponges do not fit when wet as shown in the attached photo. I also tried to capture how the holder ripped my sponge before realizing how sharp the edge actually was at the last "bend". I don't know what kind of sponge this is, but my Real Techniques sponge doesn't fit wet either. This sharp edge will tear the sponge when wet as it is too tight. The seller emailed me and when I described the problems I left out the sharp end as an answer. So everything collapsed! I would send them back but the price wasn't worth it to me. This should work for very small sponges. My holders are 2" in diameter at the top.
