Good, but not great

My SO has the same product which has helped her tremendously for the last few months so we decided to buy another one. Upon receipt, after 2 days of little use, the product stopped working. Revane sent me another one, and it's louder than mine. It's only been running 1 day so far so we'll see if it holds up in a week. It works great for what it's supposed to do, I've only had issues with the ones we bought through Amazon. I thought Amazon got a bad batch of these because my SO was bought from Walmart and had no problems.
