I deeply regret making the purchase. And because of Samsung's failure to meet my expectations, I will no longer purchase their products. The quality has recently declined to a degree that is significantly worse than it was a few years ago. It wasn't just on this phone that I was persuaded. Why did you regret it: During a call, the screen will not go into a locked state by default. I tried everything I could think of, but I was unable to coerce it. As a consequence of this, the phone will carry on with its own life while you are using it; it will press something, compose and send some text messages on its own, dial a number and call someone, and perform some action within its applications. The horror! - The fingerprint scanner that was embedded into the lock button was an incredibly inconvenient security measure. You will inadvertently unlock the phone when it is not necessary if you set it to a finger that fits comfortably on the button. On the other hand, if you set it to a finger that does not fit comfortably on the button, it will be inconvenient to unlock the phone. In addition, the scanner has a very difficult time recognizing fingers; it usually takes several attempts before it succeeds. And after three months, it stopped working for me completely, not a single application sees it, and Android itself does not see fingers in the settings either; - after six months, I am unable to use the phone for the purpose it was designed for; in normal conversation mode, not only can the other person not hear me, but I also can't hear him. Only using the speakerphone helps, which is utterly unacceptable in 95% of situations; - the quality of the images also disturbed me a little bit, as they were much clearer, brighter, and better on my older phone, which was much cheaper. In addition, the blurring effect that software has on the background looks bad in general: sharp edges are still evident, and unnecessary details are obscured. - you can still find fault with a number of subtleties, such as the fact that there isn't an encrypted folder for some reason, you can't display an arbitrary lengthy text on the lock screen, only a very short one (and this is something that's important to me), etc. - on trifles, you can still find fault with a bunch of nuances. On the more outdated and less expensive phone, none of these issues ever occurred. Conclusion: do not suggest.
